Have your order ID ready
Every script order has an ID like D3-XXXX-XXXX in the email from D3TX Services (noreply@mail.d3tx.services). Put it in every ticket. Install, keys and updates are covered on the setup page.
Stay safe
D3TX never DMs script files and never asks for your password. Anyone who does is not us. The only official places are lab.d3tx.services, d3tx.services, mnk.d3tx.services, patreon.com/D3txServices and the Zen Studio Live library.
Member perks are automatic
Yearly membership of $120 a year or more: pick 2 paid scripts free. 3+ months in a row on Dominator or higher (Pro does not count): pick 1 paid script free. Pick them on your Lab Account page. Picks are final and stay while the membership stays. Nobody on staff hands out free scripts or keys in DMs.
